These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bj22 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the bj22.bar website or any associated services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms described below.

Key Definitions

• "Account" — A member's personal user profile on the platform.
• "Deposit" — The amount of money credited to a member's account.

• "Real Money Balance" — The balance of funds actually deposited by the member.

Registration Eligibility Requirements

Registration Process

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep all information provided during registration accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being immediately closed and any pending withdrawals being cancelled.

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts and associated bonuses will be cancelled.

bj22 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be suspended if documents are not submitted.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Giving any third party access to your account or transferring your account for another person's use is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

bj22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts

• Suspicion of money laundering
• Any serious violation of these terms

To voluntarily close your account, contact [email protected]. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before closure.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted on bj22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Deposit processing is generally instant.
• Deposits cannot be refunded unless a specific technical error is proven.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw from the bonus balance (see section 5 for details).

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

The bonus is given only once and applies to the first deposit only.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

• Wagering obligation: bonus amount × 10
• Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn

If the wagering requirement is not met within the designated time limit, the bonus balance will be considered void.

General Bonus Policy

• Specific terms apply to each bonus offer and are stated in the bonus description.
• bj22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the account will be suspended.
• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Bonus balance is not transferable to another member.

General Gaming Rules

• Verified RNG (Random Number Generator) is used in all games to ensure fair play.

• Exceptionally high wagers placed from multiple accounts on the same event may be considered suspicious activity.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bj22:

1. Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bots, scripts, or robots.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing.
3. Fraud or collusion with other users.
4. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system.
5. Applying arbitrage strategies through betting that harm the platform.
6. Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
7. Accessing other users' accounts using their login credentials.
8. Impersonating a bj22 officer or representative.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in:

• The account will be immediately suspended or closed.

• Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

3. If a mutually agreed resolution is not reached, the matter will be escalated for higher-level review.
4. In all disputes, bj22's final decision shall apply.

Right to Amend Terms

bj22 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at their registered email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination of Agreement

Membership and this agreement may be terminated in the following circumstances:

• If the member voluntarily requests account closure.
• If bj22 closes the account due to a breach of terms.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Any valid real money balance at the time of termination is withdrawable, however the bonus balance will be considered completely void.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bj22 and the member.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, only that provision will be considered ineffective and the remaining terms will remain fully in force.
